Got the job at macy's but they haven't given me hours yet, Who do I talk to?

I was offered the Flex/Part time job at the Macy's. I went to all day orientation and training and when I asked when it is that I will be starting I just got a simple "We'll call you". It's not that I don't appreciate the opportunity to work for Macy's but I have yet to receive a phone call and I find it a bit odd that it's been a week already. I've tried calling and getting in touch with the people who are in charge of hiring and have only received full voice-mailboxes and have yet to express my concerns. To be offered a position, given a name tag, and then have been forgotten about seems to knock the wind out of my sail a bit. I don't know if I even want to work there now.
