Should we castrate every person responsible for employment discrimination?

I think it's just stupid that people won't give jobs just because of physical appearance. It shows a lack of mental sophistication and poor intelligence. People who make decisions with jobs should be hiring because of how well they can do the work. If I ruled the world, I would castrate any HR manager that has been proven to reject a job because of physical appearance because people who think that way should not be allowed to breed.
