Always get mistaken for somebody whos always in trouble?

My sister has a similar name to mine and we look alike a year apart, but she does drugs and snorts and is suicidal and is in and out of hospitals. Some of my looks are obviously different plus she moved a yr ago! Why do my aunts think I'm her and I ALWAYS correct them? I'm taller and my attitude is so different I thought they can tell. It's getting annoying, I wore a name tag are they annoying on purpose
