How do I train my stud horse not to nibble?

He is four and is very well behaved but occassionally he likes to nibble or nip your arm, hair, or clothes. I've learned to constantly watch him so this doesn't happen and to reprimand him when he does it but I'd like to stop it all together? Any way possible without having him castrated? Thanks.
